M Flex is less complex than comparable heat pump systems and still remains highly flexible. Many components are already integrated at the factory, which must be purchased and installed additionally with comparable heat pumps. Planning is very simple: choose a variant of M Flex – with 6-9 or 9-16 kW heating output. Hot water tanks or central ventilation are then added. This means that M Flex can be adapted to the construction project at any time.

An Efficient Heating System
M Flex Cooling is a heat pump heater consisting of a compact outdoor unit and a space-saving indoor unit.
With 6-9 kW heating output, M Flex Cooling is the ideal solution for single and two-family houses or even apartments. Modern apartment buildings, commercial properties or even larger single or two-family houses can be supplied with heat more comfortably with 9-16 kW heating output.

It couldn't be quieter!
The outdoor unit was specially optimized for installation close to the wall. The special owl wing fan ensures a naturally quiet air noise.
The compressor was deliberately relocated to the indoor unit. This means that noise emissions remain minimal even at full heating output.
Meets the highest sound requirements!
M Flex was developed for installation in front of a soundproof house wall and is particularly quiet even when installed in this manner.
The TA noise is fulfilled at a distance of 2.5 m when placed close to the wall in lowered operation. At full power already at a distance of 5 m.

Attractive Design
When designing, M Flex placed emphasis on the use of high-quality materials and excellent workmanship. Clearly accentuated surfaces and subtle colors ensure the typical Dimplex product design.
The indoor and outdoor units were designed to be extremely space-saving and compact. The indoor unit takes up no more space than a standard washing machine.

The Perfect Temperature
A heat pump with an inverter works less when the heat requirement is low and more when it is high.
Because it can continuously adjust its performance, it always achieves the desired room temperature with the lowest possible energy expenditure - no matter what the season and heating requirements are.
This saves electricity costs, especially in spring and autumn.

Regardless of the M Flex heat pump, the right hot water tank can be planned and ordered. Individually tailored to the respective customer needs.

Operation via Touch Display
The M Flex heating system is controlled via the 4.3 inch color touch display on the indoor unit.
This means you always have everything in view and can easily control your heat pump heating at the touch of a finger.

Convenient Controls
With the Dimplex Home app, the heat pump control can be accessed at any time and from anywhere.
The intuitively designed app interface makes it easy to make the most important settings on the heat pump, such as summer/winter switching or setting the hot water temperature. In combination with the intelligent room temperature control, the temperature for up to 20 rooms can also be set depending on the user via the app and even combined with weekly programs.
Optional for M Flex:
The Wall Console
With the wall console you save the costs of an additional foundation. The wall console can be installed early in the construction phase.
All cables and connections are covered by the wall console.
