The new heat pumps such as System M Flex, LA 35TBS, LA 60S-TU(R) or LI 16I-TUR are delivered with a touch display as standard. An NWPM Touch network card can optionally be ordered. It enables connection to the Glen Dimplex Cloud and thus access via the Dimplex Home app with iOS or Android mobile devices. With the Dimplex Home app you can control your Dimplex heat pump with touch display intuitively via your smart device. Logging into the Microsoft Azure Cloud is easy and secure thanks to the standardized login process.

The Touch Display
A TAN can be generated on the heat pump's touch display, which enables the system operator, user or service technician to be paired with a smart device such as an iPhone or iPad. The system operator has the option of deleting the access of all linked users if necessary.
The Dimplex heat pump with touch display is connected to the router with the NWPM touch network card via a LAN cable.

Convenient Controls
With the Dimplex Home app, the heat pump control can be accessed at any time and from anywhere.
With the intuitively designed app interface, the most important settings on the heat pump, such as summer/winter switching or setting the hot water temperature, can be easily made. In combination with the intelligent room temperature control, the temperature for up to 20 rooms can also be set depending on the user via the app and even combined with weekly programs.

Heat Pump and Ventilation in a System Network
The controller integrated into the heat pump intelligently and automatically ensures efficient and comfortable operation. In combination with controlled living space ventilation, for example with M Flex Air, the most important functions and operating data of the ventilation system connected to the heat pump are visualized. The current fan level can be easily changed via the app.

Data Security
The sensitive issue of data security plays a special role in software solutions: The network card can therefore only be activated directly on the system and with the serial number. This ensures that only the system operator can log in and manage the rights for other users via the app.
All data is anonymized and stored in the cloud separately from personal information. The system operator can give the installer or service employee access rights and revoke them again if necessary. This means that the system operator is in control of his data at all times.
