Air/Water Heat Pump System System S in Split Design
The new air/water heat pump system System S in split design is a simple, stylish and sustainable solution for building air conditioning. The System S is ideal for energy-efficient heating, cooling and hot water heating in new buildings, renovations and replacements. With its future-proof refrigerant and smart operation, the System S heat pump system offers a sustainable and innovative solution for single and two-family homes.
The System S is a split air/water heat pump system with efficient inverter technology. It intelligently adapts to the building’s actual heating, cooling and hot water requirements at any time. This makes them particularly efficient and powerful. Heating is possible with the soon-to-be-available System S family up to an outside temperature of -25°C. The environmentally friendly refrigerant R32 also improves the building's CO2 balance and avoids annual leak checks. Maximum flow temperatures of up to 65°C and the integrated cooling function combined with surface heating/cooling systems and/or fan convection units make the efficient use of free environmental energy possible all year round.

Simple and Intuitive: The Dimplex Touch Display
A touch display enables simple and intuitive operation via a 4.3-inch color display directly on the indoor unit.
The controller integrated into the heat pump intelligently and automatically ensures efficient and comfortable operation. Thanks to the intuitively designed user interface, all settings can be easily made on site. With the NWPM Touch network card, the System S heat pump system can be connected to any router via a LAN cable and controlled via a smart device.
Smartly Controlled: The Dimplex Home App
With the Dimplex Home app, the control of the heat pump system can be accessed at any time and from anywhere. Using the intuitively designed app interface, different temperatures can be set for individual rooms, the start of heating can be scheduled at specific times or holiday mode can be activated when the residents are away. The premium version of the app for installers also has automatic notification of faults, graphical evaluation of device data and troubleshooting assistance.
Ready for the Smart Power Grid
The SG-Ready functionality is particularly interesting for increased use of the heat pump in times when electricity costs are low. In combination with an intelligent Smart-RTC+ room temperature control, the building can be used as thermal storage or the heat pump can be intelligently combined with fossil or other renewable heat generators.
Compact Outdoor Unit
Thanks to the space-saving construction and the contemporary color design, the outdoor unit integrates harmoniously into the surroundings of the building.
The color 'dark gray' fits harmoniously with any exterior facade.
The Plug'n'Play Principle
The compact indoor unit with a footprint of 60 x 60 cm includes, in addition to the heating and cooling function, all the necessary hydraulic components as well as a hot water tank (200 l) - simple "plug'n'play" by integrating all the necessary components.

All in all, intelligent combination options are available for modern supply of single and two-family homes, which leaves almost nothing to be desired. Depending on your needs and requirements, the outdoor unit can be combined with different indoor units. Three power sizes are offered for a wide range of building requirements and sizes: 6 kW, 10 kW and 14 kW.

6 kW and 10 kW Variants with Integrated Hot Water Tank (200 l)
System S Compact – with Hydrotower Compact
A particularly compact, ready-to-connect hydraulic unit with a footprint of 60 x 60 cm, contains all the necessary hydraulic components and a hot water tank (200l). This enables simple and quick installation in new buildings and offers hot water comfort for up to 4 people. When using radiators or individual room control, the unit is supplemented with a buffer storage tank.

6 kW, 10 kW and 14 kW Variants with 300 l Hot Water Tank + 100 l Buffer Tank
System S Comfort – with Hydrotower Comfort
The hydraulic tower, also as a ready-to-connect hydraulic unit, with 300l hot water tank and 100l buffer tank is available for simple and quick installation in demanding new buildings or for renovation projects with larger hot water requirements (up to 6 people) and high comfort requirements. There is the possibility of connecting an additional fossil or renewable heat generator.

6 kW, 10 kW and 14 kW Variants with Hydrobox
The variant with a wall-mounted Hydrobox can be used particularly flexibly. In combination with individually selected or existing hydraulic components and hot water storage tanks, this solution is predestined for objects in which the fossil or regenerative heat generator needs to be flexibly replaced or existing installations or components need to be integrated.
