System M - compact design - wide selection - quiet operation

Compact dimensions
The footprint of the indoor unit of the System M Compact (6 kW) is 60 x 60 cm, for example, the same size as a fridge or washing machine. The outdoor unit is extremely compact with a size of 60 x 50 cm and a height of 87 cm. All versions can be easily adapted to local conditions thanks to a wide range of colours and materials (1625 individual RAL colours).

The modular heat pump system M is always completely installed: Hardware including software. Thanks to the standard online connection, it can be checked after the first heating period and readjusted if necessary. System M also receives automatic software updates in this way and can report technical deviations to customer service. The optional Long-life service package doubles the warranty period from five to ten years.

Intuitive operation
No operating instructions are required for the System M air/water heat pump. All settings can be easily made on the touch display on the indoor unit or via the Dimplex Home app on the smart device (available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store) in all equipment variants: Starting with the desired temperature in individual rooms and settings for the weekend or holidays, through the ventilation level to the rapid heating option. As the system has an internet connection in every version and at no extra cost, it can inform the installer or customer service about irregularities independently if required and is also constantly ready for updates.

No rigid heating curve
The control technology in System M is able to continuously determine and utilise the lowest possible return temperature for the desired temperature for up to ten different rooms. This eliminates the rigid heating curve; the decision between comfort and efficiency is no longer necessary. 
 

Optimum sound insulation properties

System M has not been optimised for the sound laboratory, but is designed for use in the real world.

• All noise escapes to the side - and not towards the garden and neighbouring property
• There are also no visible ventilation grilles and, above all, no rotating fan wheel, which visually suggest noise
•  Low frequencies that are perceived as particularly unpleasant by the human ear are specifically filtered out 
• The sound sources are decoupled from each other: fan in the outdoor unit, compressor in the indoor unit. 
• Practical: the System M wall bracket. The outdoor unit can be installed quickly and easily directly on the wall. No foundation is required. No visible refrigerant lines, as these are concealed in the wall bracket. With this installation, the condensate water can drip off and seep away. 

With this heat pump programme from Dimplex, buildings with a living/usable area of up to 300 m² can be operated in an air (heating mode) application range from -22 °C to +35 °C with a System M heat pump in a climate-friendly manner. System M Compact Plus has a 180-litre hot water cylinder (hot water requirement L) as standard; System M Comfort Plus is optionally available with the adjacent 220-litre or 355-litre hot water cylinder (hot water requirement XL or XXL). System M Comfort Cooling is also available with cooling capability.

Accessories

Pre-configured accessories available include: A connection module for an additional heating circuit and/or a mixed heating circuit connection module for bivalent operation (with oil/gas boiler). A connection module for regenerative operation (with solar thermal/wood heating). The refrigerant line required to connect the outdoor and indoor units is also available as a prefabricated accessory in three lengths (3 m, 7 m, 10 m).
