Heating and cooling system in container

A powerful complete system for heating and cooling commercial properties.

Heat pumps, hydraulics and all other peripheral devices are completely pre-assembled and housed in a container with a modern design. The container is then set up next to the company building and connected ready for operation in just three days. Offices can thus be heated in winter and cooled in summer to save space.

However, technical and server rooms with a lot of waste heat also require constant climatic conditions. They therefore need to be cooled continuously around the clock. The energy used can be utilised as efficiently as possible and the waste heat from the server rooms can be used consistently and sensibly.

Flexible and individualised

It always starts with a precise analysis of the existing system. What can remain from an old system? What should be omitted? A new, customised control concept is developed to match the hydraulics. All connections and links of the heat pumps with the associated hydraulics, hydraulic separator and control cabinet are pre-assembled and tested in the container at the factory. An optional free cooler also operates particularly quietly and can be pre-assembled on the roof of the container.

Simple and compact

Two brine-to-water heat pumps in conjunction with the associated hydraulics were preassembled and installed here. For quick and easy installation within 3 days plus commissioning on site. The highly efficient heat recovery system ensures simultaneous heating and cooling over a total area of 2000m².

Quick and uncomplicated

The entire unit is connected on site to the existing installations in the building via underground cables. A simple and fast solution for quickly and easily renewing or expanding an existing system. Valuable space in the building is thus saved and can be utilised more effectively for other purposes. This works for renovation and modernisation projects as well as for new builds.

Energy-conscious and cost-effective

With our heating/cooling system, we achieve an outstanding combined coefficient of performance (cCoP) of 10.1. An average heat pump for heat generation is around 4. This means that with the same electrical input based on the combined heating/cooling system, two and a half times more usable heating and cooling energy is available. This significantly reduces CO2 emissions and operating costs," says project manager Maik Heydrich.
