Which ventilation is good for me?
Advantages and applications
Central ventilation
- Individual ventilation for each residential unit
- High energy savings possible
- No noise pollution, street noise stays outside, the system itself runs as quiet as a whisper
- Optional temperature control of the supply air
- Ideal for newly built single-family and multi-family homes or for comprehensive energy refurbishment
Decentralized ventilation
- Easy to install at a later date
- Minimal structural measures required (no air distribution system necessary)
- Individual control of the air volume possible
- Cost-effective when ventilating a small number of rooms
- For modernization and energy-efficient refurbishment of existing and newly built properties
Central ventilation with heat recovery
Stale air is removed from rooms such as the kitchen and bathroom via central air ducts, while living rooms, bedrooms and children's rooms are supplied with fresh air.
The integrated heat exchanger uses up to 95% of the heat contained in the exhaust air to heat the supply air. In summer, a bypass function interrupts the heat recovery and allows cooler night air into the house.
Central ventilation with hot water preparation
The used air is extracted via a central exhaust air duct system.
The heat pump extracts energy from the warm exhaust air and uses it to heat water. Fresh air flows in through the air outlets in the outer walls.
Decentralized ventilation with heat recovery
Installed directly in the external wall, decentralized ventilation units ensure controlled ventilation and extraction of the rooms.
Two fans simultaneously extract stale air and draw in fresh supply air. The cross-counterflow heat exchanger guarantees the right air balance; it also preheats the supply air with up to 87% of the waste heat. This creates continuous, pleasant ventilation with unobtrusive operation.
